More than 200 leaders from 20 provinces/cities attended a workshop series run by Australian experts from August to October 2022 on leadership skills.
Overview of the workshop
Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Assistant to Politburo Member – President of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, National Director of Vietnam Australia Centre, delivers an opening speech.
This activity aims at improving provinces/cities leaders’ leadership capacity by identifying key leadership skills and strengths as well as planning leadership development and implementation actions for their provinces/cities.

Ms Bui Thi Hoa – Deputy Secretary of Ba Thuoc District Party Committee, Thanh Hoa city commented: “The workshop has provided us with the ‘Excellent Leadership Framework’, a simple overview model that leaders could easily put into practice to develop their own leadership capacity, as well as increase their leadership potential.”
